How does everything work?

Hello, i'm new to this roleplay. I couldn't find any forum that could match to what i'm asking so i thought i'll post it on here. Anyways, I really want to try FC roleplay out, yet there are some things which i'd like to know:

-Do you have to login before starting to play?
-How do you get/purchase vehicles?
-Is there money you can earn? (if yes, i'd like to know how to get a job)

And that's it basically. If you can please tell me other things i have to know.
