Dear mayor,
my name is Jeffrey Peterson and I want to buy a gasstation. At the gasstation should be a 24/7, too. There is a gasstation in El Quebrados. I think it would be perfect for my business. If I can buy the gasstation in El Quebrados please tell me how much it cost and when I can buy it.

((Theres not even a fuel system or any such business yet and why would you want one where no one goes, i dont think it wuld really expad that far anyway))
